Simple access - The site can be accessed via a link from your organization's web site. If you have a "members only" section that is password protected, then the attendee can automatically be identified using a "single-sign-on" approach. That way all traffic is directed through your site. |
Exclude/Include Session - The system is set up to exclude or include sessions based on payment of a separate registration fee or other qualifications. For example, an attendee is blocked from evaluating (and claiming credit) a certain pre-conference session if the registration file indicates they have not paid the additional fee for that event. This feature also works well for events that have separate registration/fees for each day. |

Demographic (pre-event) and/or Overall (post-event) questions |
Custom Session objectives - Often speakers will provide specific learning objectives for their sessions. |
Speaker/Presenter objectives and disclosures - Speaker names and disclosures can be included with their evaluation criteria. Normally, speakers are evaluated against a standard set of objectives. This allows for a ranking of speakers amongst their peers (see Speaker Ranking Report). |
Session-specific comments - Comments can be recorded with each session evaluation. This is especially important for reviewing the success of each session and when providing feedback to your speakers (see Session Report). |
Time Slot Conflicts - Often, conferences are organized with concurrent sessions during some time slots. In order to prevent attendees from accidentally evaluating and/or claiming credit for two concurrent or overlapping sessions, we use our time slot conflict management feature. Once a session is evaluated/claimed, all concurrent or overlapping sessions are locked out for the attendee. |
